In the early 1960s, more than 14,000 Cuban children arrived alone in the United States in the movement now known as Operation Pedro Pan. This evening, Dick Lobo guides a panel of distinguished scholars and activists in a discussion about the legacy of Operation Pedro Pan, the largest recorded exodus of unaccompanied minors in the Western Hemisphere. Q&A follows.
