DESCRIPTION:

Join us at our pre-Thanksgiving Networking event in one of DC’s premier venues. Latinas Leading Tomorrow (LLT) is organizing this networking and fundraising event on November 18, 2011, to support a new generation of Latina leaders. Proceeds will benefit LLT, a nonprofit organization that targets middle and high school Latina and promotes positive Latina identity and empowerment through leadership skills. LLT helps teens recognize their own leadership capacities and their potential impact on the Latino community and beyond. Participants are encouraged to apply what they learned to encourage leadership among their peers, thereby building other student’s leadership abilities.

Suggested Donation: $5. All proceeds benefit LLT
